Janet Jackson joined her mother KATHERINE and various family members for the second day of the preliminary hearing into manslaughter charges against her brother Michael's physician.
In court in Los Angeles she heard her late brother's former bodyguard Alberto Alvarez testify Dr. Conrad Murray instructed him to remove bottles of a milky-white substance from the King of Pop's bedroom before calling emergency services.
Alvarez recalled walking into the bedroom and seeing Jackson motionless. Murray told him the pop star had "an allergic reaction". He then ordered the security guard to collect bottles around the room and put them in a bag.
He told the court, "He instructed me to remove the IV bag from the IV stand."
Law enforcement officials believe the milky-white substance in the bag was Propofol - the anaesthetic which killed Jackson.
According to TMZ.com, Alvarez revealed Dr. Murray instructed him to leave a second IV bag, containing saline, where it was.
