Jane Lynch's waxwork figure is being moved from London to Madame Tussauds in Hollywood.

The life-size model of the actress - who is best known for her role as cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester in the hit musical TV show 'Glee' - was prepared in the English capital city earlier this year, but is now set to fly overseas to be unveiled in America on August 4.

Earlier this year, Sue met with specialists at the legendary waxwork museum, who took her measurements and photographs in preparation to make the model.

Sue recently revealed the figure will be dressed in her TV character's iconic tracksuit.

She said: "It's Sue Sylvester, the red track suit. It's going to be kind of weird."

It has been an eventful year for the actress, who recently wed her long-term girlfriend Dr. Lara Embry and was nominated for her first Emmy award for her work on 'Glee'.
