Jamiroquai returns with a new single, album and UK tour. The musician's eighth studio album, 'Automaton' will be released on 31st March 2017 through Virgin/EMI.
Jay wrote and recorded the album with Jamiroquai keyboard player Matt Johnson, whilst this is the first album the pair have produced together, Matt has written a number of songs with Jay previously, predominantly on their last two album 'Rock Dust Light Star' and 'Dynamite'.
Automaton is also the title of the first single from the album and features a suitable futuristic video which shows Jay Kay wearing another signature headpiece - perhaps not quite as impressing as his Virtual Insanity headwear but still quite apt for the new album's theme.
