Jamie Lee Curtis and Tom Arnold have signed on to make a TRUE LIES sequel as soon as California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger gives up his political dreams and returns to acting.

Arnold has confirmed to website DarkHorizons.com that he, Curtis and director James Cameron recently reunited to discuss the project and they're keen to get going.

He says, "We all caught up to talk about True Lies 2 about a month ago in California. We're doing it. I'm revved.

"Unlike Terminator, which I think they're doing without Arnold, Jim's prepared to wait for the big guy. So am I. I've been waiting for 10 years now and I'm sure I can hang on a few more months."
