Friday (09Oct15) kicked off a week of special programming on Britain's Channel 4 network as part of a collaboration with the charity Cancer Research U.K. to raise money for new treatments.

A celebrity version of Channel 4 show Gogglebox featured 50 Shades of Grey star Jamie Dornan with fellow actor Nick Frost.

The show, which films families across the U.K. watching popular TV programmes, had an impressive celebrity line-up with Boy George, Geri Halliwell and Miranda Hart also taking part.

As Jamie watched reality TV show Strictly Come Dancing with Nick, he remarked, "That looks so stupid right there. That looks exhausting, I'm knackered, just watching this."

During the show, Jamie also revealed he hates cats, saying, "I'm not a fan of cats, I have to admit. I don't trust them. What are they getting up to...? What do they do all day? In London, city cats, they p**s off and they're out all day. What kind of stuff are they doing?"

Nick tried to allay his friend's fears, telling him cats "don't go very far, not as far as you'd imagine". However, Jamie refused to believe him, and the pair eventually joked about cats taking a punt down the river and heading to Cambridge.

Jamie's appearance on the show sparked a huge buzz among fans on Twitter.com as the stars ate pizza and drank beer together.

Later in the evening, Australian comedian Adam Hills, who hosts topical panel show The Last Leg, shaved his head in front of a live studio audience. Fellow co-host Alex Brooker and comedian Russell Howard took charge of the clippers and tested their hairdressing skills on Adam.

The host later posted on Twitter.com, "Shaved my head for @SU2C tonight. I thought @alex_brooker did a good job #newcareer #edwardclipperhands (sic)".

The special Stand Up To Cancer programming continues on Monday (12Oct15) with a celebrity version of reality show First Dates, featuring guests including singer Alexandra Burke.
