Incarcerated music mogul James 'JIMMY HENCHMAN' ROSEMOND is facing the death penalty after he was charged with ordering the murder of 50 Cent's former associate.
Lowell 'Lodi MACk' Fletcher was gunned down in The Bronx, New York in September, 2009, two years after allegedly assaulting and harassing Rosemond's then-14-year-old son during an altercation. At the time, Rosemond was the manager of 50 Cent's rival The Game.
On Friday (24Feb12), Rosemond was officially charged with hiring Rodney Johnson and Brian MCCleod to shoot Fletcher, according to AllHipHop.com. Both contract killers are now behind bars after they were charged with his murder last year (11).
Rosemond, who previously managed the careers of singers Akon and Brandy, is currently behind bars awaiting sentencing for unrelated allegations he ran a highly-lucrative cocaine operation.
