Director Bryan Singer revealed the star's new look on Instagram.com on Friday (08May15) when he shared a photo of MCAvoy with his freshly-shorn head, finally ditching his shaggy locks to adopt his comic book character's signature look. He simply captioned the shot, "Xavier reborn". The Scottish actor plays a younger version of the mutant superhero previously played onscreen by Sir Patrick Stewart.
