British movie mogul James Ivory is worried about his next film project - because it will be his first since the death of his late partner Ismail Merchant.

Ivory, who worked on The Remains of the Day and Howards End, is particularly concerned because the movie was the brainchild of his late friend.

Ivory explains, "We are planning to go on with the film we were going to make in Argentina, but, without Ismail, it's not the same thing at all. And it can't be the same thing for me.

"You go through some very tough periods sometimes when you're shooting a film, and he was always there to back me up and make me feel that we'd be alright."
