A rare James Bond manuscript featuring hand-written corrections by author IAN FLEMING is going under the hammer in London later this month (Dec12).

Fleming gifted the copy of Diamonds Are Forever, which was made into a 1971 film starring Sir Sean Connery, to his secretary Ulrica Knowles along with a first edition of the finished book.

The manuscript features notes and corrections from Fleming as well as drastic storyline changes.

It is expected to fetch around $128,000 (£80,000) when it is sold at Sotheby's on 12 December (12), along with the first edition book, which has an estimated sale price of $14,400 (£9,000).
