The red band trailer has been released for the hilarious new comedy, Sex Tape, which stars Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel as two characters who, as the title suggests, make a saucy home movie. The Jake Kasdan-directed flick embraces the digital age and its related contemporary concerns whilst exploiting the fear of having your most intimate information unstoppably leaked throughout cyberspace.

Friends With Kids Review

Excellent
With a hilariously smart script and a terrific cast, this romantic comedy rises far above the pack, engaging us emotionally and intellectually while offering some telling observations on the state of modern relationships.

Jason (Scott) and his best friend Julie (Westfeldt) are a bit horrified when their coupled pals Leslie and Alex (Rudolph and O'Dowd) and Ben and Missy (Hamm and Wiig) have children. So they decide to have a child without the baggage of a relationship, freeing them to find the right person once they're already single parents. Their baby son is adorable, and raising him brings them closer as friends while allowing them to pursue romances with the hot Mary Jane (Fox) and the sexy Kurt (Burns). But no one else is buying it.

Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story Review

Excellent
Judd Apatow needs to quit right now. He can't have a better year than 2007. After successfully saving big-screen comedy with the masterful Knocked Up and proving his imprint mantle with the summer smash Superbad, he's now delivered on the talent trifecta with the uproarious Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. Though helmed and co-written by Lawrence Kasdan's talented son Jake, this is Apatow's baby, from the satire-meets-slapstick tone to the casting of recognizable fan favorites. Along with a bravura turn by John C. Reilly in the title role, what we wind up with here is one of the Awards season's silliest -- and most satisfying -- surprises.

When he was a young boy, Dewey Cox lost his virtuoso brother Nate in a freak machete accident. The trauma left the lonely child challenged, olfactorily speaking. Hoping to follow in his talented sibling's footsteps, Dewey learned the blues. He was then catipulted to fame during the heady days of early rock and roll. Though condemned for playing the Devil's music, his mixture of innocence and innuendo led to massive mainstream success. Life on the road, however, was filled with temptations.

The TV Set Review

Weak
Here's the deal: back in 1999, Jake Kasdan, Judd Apatow, and Paul Feig were the driving forces behind Freaks & Geeks, a high school series that was arguably one of the best shows ever on television. Well, people were really into that whole Friends thing so it got cancelled. Kasdan and Apatow went on to make Undeclared, a college series almost as good as its predecessor. But it got cancelled because the public wanted to see how many cockroaches someone could eat while being hassled by the handyman from NewsRadio.

Apatow and Kasdan got their wits about them and moved to the big screen. Kasdan directed the enjoyably ramshackle Orange County while Apatow went onto direct sleeper hit The 40-Year-Old Virgin. As we wait for Apatow's much-touted Knocked Up, Kasdan gives us his follow up: The TV Set, a thinly-veiled attack on the people behind the boob tube, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival almost a year ago.

Zero Effect Review

Excellent
Story of an anti-hero: Darryl Zero is a drugged-out P.I.... but he's brilliant. Great roles for Pullman and Stiller. Written and directed by Larence Kasdan's son.
