Rocker Jack White has gone into business as a furniture upholsterer.
The former White Stripes star, who is currently launching his solo career, founded his first band The Upholsterers in the workshop where he worked as a teen.
White kept hold of his tools from the job and recently opened his own sideline business to renovate furniture.
He says, "I worked in an upholstery shop when I was younger.
"When I was a teenager, after work we would move the couch and turn the workshop into a rehearsal space for my first band The Upholsterers.
"I saved all my tools in storage and last year rebuilt my upholstery shop in Nashville. I'd like to do a couple of things for myself and for people I know."
