Cher was, by far, the biggest star on Dancing With the Stars last night (4th November). The singer was a guest judge on the show and performed, with a miraculous change of costume three times.

The seven remaining couples were feeling the pressure this week since last week's elimination when Snooki went home. The Jersey Shore star and her professional partner were not the lowest scoring couple and even performed their samba admirably, yet it wasn't enough to save them!

So here's how the remaining couples did this week:

Amber Riley and Derek Hough scored 28 points, the best of the night, when they performed an impressive Rumba.

Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff were awarded 27 points when they performed an Argentine Tango.

Brant Daughterty and Peta Murgatroyd won 27 points with their Foxtrot.

Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke performed a classic Tango, which was arguably the best routine of the show!

Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy pulled off a mediocre Jazz routine and were rewarded with 25 points.

Leah Remini and Tony Dovoloni also scored 25 points with their Viennese Waltz.

The lowest score was awarded to Bill Engvall and Emma Slater who gained 24 points for their disco routine. Engvall has generally received the lowest score throughout the season, however the judges -and audience- are impressed with his enthusiasm.

Furthermore, this week, the couples were asked to pair up in a dance off in addition to their usual routines.  One couple was selected to choose their opponent, and the opponent chose the style of dance.

Bleu and Smirnoff chose Berkley and Chmerkovskiy. Berkley and her partner chose the Cha Cha Cha. The judges gave the three extra points to Bleu and his partner.

Brant and Murgatroyd picked Remini and Dovoloni. The latter pair chose the Rumba as a style. There was some disagreement amongst the judges but they came down in favour of Remini and her partner.

The two couples left were Osbourne and Burke, and Engvall and Slater. They were in a disco dance off. Engvall was once again saved by his fans who had called in in their thousands!

The elimination was between Brant and Murgatroyd and Osbourne and Burke. It came down to the fans again. So who was the celebrity to be eliminated in week 8?
