CHILD'S PLAY star JACK COLVIN died on Thursday (01DEC05) of complications following a stroke. He was 71.
Edvard says, "Jack was, in every sense of the word, a consummate artist. He wrote, painted and read philosophy, but he always came back to acting."
After a varied career on the stage, as well on TV and film, Colvin taught the Chekhov acting technique at various universities in the US and the Central School of Cinematography in Rome, Italy.
Edvard said Colvin was teaching acting classes two days a week up until his death.
