American rapper Ja Rule is celebrating after his R Kelly and Ashanti collaboration WONDERFUL entered at the top spot of the British single charts.

After 10 months out of the UK charts, Ja Rule marked his return with the catchy R+B tune, knocking Swedish DJ ERIC PRYDZ's dance track CALL ON ME to number two, after spending five weeks on and off at number one.

Daniel Bedingfield's powerful ballad NOTHING HURTS LIKE LOVE was a new entry at three, while Asian R+B singer Jay Sean landed the number four spot with STOLEN.

Pop hunk Robbie Williams enjoyed another week ruling the album charts with his GREATEST HITS disc, while Ronan Keating's 10 YEARS OF HITS and ROD STEWART's STARDUST: GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK VOL. 3 also stayed put at number two and three respectively.
