Ivana Trump's eight-month marriage to toyboy ROSSANO RUBICONDI was a business deal to help boost the Italian model's career, according to reports.
The couple wed in a ceremony in Florida last April (08), but split in December, shortly after 36-year-old Rubicondi had appeared on the Italian version of reality TV show Survivor.
Now sources tell the New York Daily News Rubicondi and Donald Trump's ex, 60, were never a real couple.
An insider reveals, "Ivana wanted to be back in the limelight and Rossano's career needed a jump-start, so the couple agreed - via a contract - to the nuptials."
A representative for Trump could not be reached to confirm or deny the reports.
