Isla Fisher and Amy Adams are constantly getting mistaken for each other and it seems even their families can’t tell them apart.

Speaking on the ‘Today Show’, Fisher revealed that one year she swapped her face for Adams’ on a family Christmas card and no one noticed.

After preparing a photo of herself, husband Sacha Baron Cohen and their children, Olive, 9, Elula, 6, and Montgomery, 8 months, Fisher said: “I cut and pasted Amy Adams’ face over mine.

“So it was Sacha, Amy and the kids. And then we said, ‘Seasons greetings from Sacha and Isla.’”

“I was like, 'It was a joke. It’s not me, it’s Amy!’”

Adams has also spoken about being constantly mistaken for Fisher. "I get Isla Fisher all the time," she told Vanity Fair in 2013.

"I get it, but I don't get it. It could be a lot worse," she added. "I could be mistaken for a lot worse people.”
