Rockers Inxs knew they had chosen the right replacement for late frontman Michael Hutchence when they discovered the depth of new singer JD FORTUNE's songwriting ability.

Fortune won the chance to front the Suicide Blonde hitmakers on a one-off album and tour thanks to US reality TV contest Rock Star: INXS, but now the group want him top become a permanent member.

Bandmate ANDREW FARRISS says, "JD's participation in the songwriting is amazing."

Fortune has co-written three tracks on the group's new album SWITCH.
