Dear Tom, I like many others have had enough of Ken Livingstone and his crazy ill thought out plans for London. He promised not to increase the congestion charge but he has, and is planning if returned to office to increase it again. I would like to be part of a strong group who feel as I do about our parking rules in general, the level of fines by the Local Authorities, targeting motorists is most unfair, we do not have a voice anymore. There is nowhere to go when you run up against a problem. It is morally wrong the structure of the system and I want to be part of a strong group that have teeth to fight and get change.J.A.
