Smoke Fairies

Biography

Since their 2010 debut album 'Through Low Light And Trees' Smoke Fairies, Sussex born Jessica Davies and Katherine Blamire, have been drawing increasingly devoted audiences with their mesmerizing and exquisitely crafted music. The band toured the record extensively in the UK, Europe and in the States alongside the likes of Laura Marling, Dawes, Blitzen Trapper & Richard Hawley.

Last year they released their second album 'Blood Speaks' to critical acclaim. "We've got more confident in what we're doing, and so we've pushed things more," says Katherine. "We've gotten bolder with the dynamics, and our influences have broadened."

Smoke Fairies have been back on the road ever since, kicking off with two acclaimed performances opening for Jack White on his first solo shows and festivals in the UK and Europe. As winter crept in, Smoke Fairies rounded off nearly 3 months of live dates with their biggest sell out London headline to date.
