Shed Seven. Remember them? 'Course you do. The guitar band borne in the early 90s out of a love for the Stone Roses and indie music that sounds ace on the radio. The York residents who've bagged 13 Top 40 hits from 'Going For Gold' to 'She Left Me On Friday', 'On Standby' to 'Dolphin' and 'Chasing Rainbows' to 'Disco Down'. The scene defiers who've been lumped into New Wave Of New Wave, Britpop and New Laddism but outlived them all. Haven't heard from them for a while? Thought maybe they'd packed up? Don't be daft. Shed Seven are back. And they're in better shape than ever.
