Mark Morrison - '2Morrow' feat. Erene, Devlin & Crooked I Video
British R&B star Mark Morrison makes his return with new single '2Morrow' featuring Erene, Devlin and Crooked I of hip hop collective Slaughterhouse, alongside a new video. The track is set to drop on September 29th 2014 through MackLife Records.
The video features a series of different people hanging around the same run-down London apartment block. First we see a young boy looking across at the sprawling city view from a balcony, then a priest preaching from the Bible in the street below, a dancer strutting her stuff nearby and a gymnast practising in a red lace catsuit. The track has a classic soul vibe thanks to Morrison's sensational voice, and the addition of Erene's pop vocals, Devlin's sharp rapping, Crooked I's California rhymes and the clanging synths makes for a wonderful mixed-bag pop song suiting the ears of almost any listener.
Mark Morrison had his first successes in 1996 with his debut album 'Return of the Mack' and its accompanying Platinum certfied number one title single. Topping the chart actually made him the first black artist of the nineties to have had that accomplishment, and now it looks like he could be making his return with a fourth studio album having released his 'I Am What I Am' EP earlier this year.
