Joan Rivers

Joan Rivers is one of the hardest working women in the business -- comedian, author, actress, playwright, screen writer, motion picture director, nightclub headliner, Emmy award-winning television talk-show host, businesswoman and, most importantly, mother to Melissa. In 1997, Rivers added radio talk-show host to her list of accomplishments with the launch of The Joan Rivers Show, a two-hour program that airs weeknights from 6-8 p.m. on WOR, and is syndicated in over 40 markets. For her efforts, she was named Best Talk Show Host at the New York Metro Achievement in Radio Awards.
