Movie make-up artist Glenn Hetrick named British TV chef Gordon Ramsay as his 'personal idol' when being asked who his favourite TV judge was on leaving the Pasadena Convention Center in California. He sees the 'Kitchen Nightmares' star as a 'source of inspiration'.
He also talks about his own judging stint on the Syfy TV contest 'Face Off' in which make-up artists that specialise in prosthetics compete against each other by showcasing their talent and are judged by Hetrick (who has worked on 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and 'The Hunger Games'), creature designer Patrick Tatopoulos ('I Am Legend', 'Resident Evil: Extinction', 'Underworld: Rise of the Lycans') and Academy Award winner Ve Neill ('Ed Wood', 'Beetlejuice'). He says he loves working on the show and finds it 'hard to believe' that this is what he is getting paid for
