The man behind TV's THE Incredible Hulk is battling with his insurance company in a California court this week (begs29MAR04) over alleged missed payments.
A mould problem at Lou Ferrigno's Santa Monica, California, home has cost the actor and his wife more than $50,000 (GBP27,780) to fix, but their insurance company, MERCURY, has only paid up $4,000 (GBP2,220).
The problems stemmed from a leaky toilet, and Ferrigno states the mould saga has been nothing but "aggravation and stress".
