Kim Kardashian's baby may be one of the most anticipated celebrity arrivals of the year, though the reality Queen herself says her son or daughter will not feature on reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians right away. Kim - appearing with sister Kourtney on Jimmy Kimmel Live - added, "When he or she decides that's what they want to do, then that will be a decision."

Kourtney's son and daughter feature regularly on E!'s hit reality show, though Kim is reluctant to throw her child straight into the spotlight. "I love seeing Mason and Penelope on TV. Mason is the highlight of our show, I think. From the start, as of now, that's just a personal choice that Kanye and I have made...We're going to try to keep it as private as possible."
