So, the latest rumor in the reality world is that Kim Kardashian is pregnant with twins. We're pretty sure that it's pure speculation, especially after seeing photographs of her leaving the gym in Studio City, Los Angeles following her early morning workout this week. Armed with a large Jamba Juice smoothie, Kardashian showed off the figure of a woman in great shape, never mind pregnant, and certainly not pregnant with twins.

Clad in an all-black ensemble with large black sunglasses, the soon-to-be mother glowed as she walked to her car with a police escort by her side. It's clear that the E! star is taking motherhood seriously and is keeping up her workouts. In her latest blog, she credits trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson, "She [Tracy] is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby," Kim said of her celebrity fitness guru whose clients also include Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson. "It's really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule and I'm really happy with the workout plan Tracy is working with me on. Xo"

The 32-year-old businesswoman and television star is expecting her first child with beau Kanye West, who announced the news at his Atlantic City show on Sunday (December 30, 2012). Kardashian insists she doesn't care whether the child is a boy or a girl and just wants a "healthy baby." 

Kim is still technically married to New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries, though they are likely to officially divorce this year.
