The 14 Best Beards at the Glastonbury Festival [Pictures]

Thousands of Glastonbury Festival revellers turned out to watch the Kaiser Chiefs launch the first full day of music at the event, on the Other Stage early on Friday morning. "Glastonbury sing along if you know the words," yelled frontman Ricky Wilson before launching into 'Every Day I Love You Less and Less'.

With rain persistent all morning, the fans have already begun navigating the muddy fields and paths but appeared in high spirits for the Kaiser Chiefs.

Other acts on Friday's line-up include Blondie, Lily Allen and Paolo Nutini though thundery showers are forecasted for later in the day.

Canadian rockers Win Butler headline the Pyramid Stage later tonight and frontman Win Butler remains optimistic, despite the weather.

"The positive thing about having more people is you get this energy where people really go for it," he said.

"It's a great gig, and I think there's a lot of goodwill because of what it means culturally. For kids in high school it's like this rite of passage."

Obviously, and as every dedicated Glastonbury reveller will know, the music is only part of the festival. For example, beards are huge this year. So, without further ado, here's the top thirteen beards at this year's Glastonbury Festival 2014. Well, fourteen if you count the magical beard at the top.
