Kim Kardashian and Kanye West hve finally fulfilled their dream of becoming are Vogue cover stars and well not everybody’s sharing in their joy. It seems some just don't think Kimye are 'Vogue' enough to feature on the fashion bible's cover. Surely Vogue reader's should be used to a less than typical cover star by now? Aparently not, but maybe Kimye can take solace in knowing that these four stars didn't have the easiest Vogue ride either.

When comedienne Tina Fey became a Vogue cover girl in 2010, you’d have thought people would be rejoicing that such a smart, funny woman had landed such a high profile spot. Instead what people would rather talk about was that the scar on the left side of Tina’s face had been edited out. Not that big a deal really, especially when you read that Tina used her mantle as a Vogue cover girl to let rip on a number of issues, from her Sarah Palin impression to the media’s size issue. On the latter she said, ‘people will say, 'Oh, fashion magazines are so bad, they're giving girls a negative message'-but we're also the fattest country in the world, so it's not like we're all looking at fashion magazines and not eating.’ At the same time she also described models as ‘gigantic, with giant hands and feet. That's one way ot endear yourself to the fashion world.
