Ask someone to describe the everyday activities that the Insane Clown Posse and their loyal Juggalo fan-base might get up to to fill their free time and they'd probably list all of the things that former publicist Andrea Pellegrini are suing the band over. It turns out that when she signed on to be the ICP publicist, Pellegrini didn't look far enough into what the band were most famous for, and it isn't their music.

Andrea is suing for wrongful termination, claiming that she was constantly subjected to sexual harassment when at work, and states that whenever she complained about the behaviour of some of the ICP to the heads of record label Psychopathic Records, she was only ever ridiculed or humoured. According to TMZ, who gained access to the court papers filed by Andrea, she is suing the band and record label for a long list of bizarre occurrences that stretch back to 2009 and include dildos, vaginal tightening devices, naked-male filled bathrooms and some absurdly bad pick-up attempts.

Many of her issues stretch back to ICP members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, as well as a guy who works at the label and goes by the name of Dirty Dan, but they are far from the main culprits. A quick run through some of the most unusual picks of the list of offences filed in Andrea's lawsuit namecheck an array of ICP and Psychopathic Records friends and co-workers.

Some of the most outrageous incident supposedly performed upon Andrea include a 2011 run-in with Violent J's girlfriend Michelle Rapp, who Pellegrini says glared at her in a threatening fashion. When she went to complain about this to the president of the record label all he said was that Michelle is "crazy" and might beat her up. On another occasion, this time in 2012, she says that smooth operator Dirty Dan once told her that he has a "fat c*ck" and that "he'd like to f*ck her," which somehow didn't manage to charm her into bed.

Dan was at it again in July 2012, apparently gifting her with a large clear dildo after she changed her FaceBook status to single. He supposedly gifted two other female employees with vagina tighteners later that day. She also claims that when she attended the infamous Gathering of the Juggalos, that she was forbidden from using the executive washrooms. Instead, she was forced to use bathrooms that she said were "often full with naked male strangers."

Now, Andrea is suing the band for wrongful termination and is seeking further compensation for a list of injuries she says were inflicted during her time in employment, which include "fright and shock" and "horror, outrage and indignity."

Neither party has made any comment on the situation and a court date hasn't been announced publicly yet. We'll keep you up to date with this story as it unfolds.
