Iggy Azalea's pet dog has been attacked by a coyote.
The 'Fancy' hitmaker was left fearing for her bulldog Jelli's life after the cute puppy was viciously assaulted by a brush wolf in her back yard yesterday (15.08.14).
Taking to her Twitter account after the brutal attack, she tweeted: ''Please pray for my puppy Jelli. #iam in Canada and she has been attacked by a coyote in her back yard... (sic).''
However, just two hours later, the 24-year-old singer announced Jelli had been given the all-clear by the vet and was extremely lucky that the bite wasn't very deep.
She wrote: ''The Drs said she's gonna be fine. Lucky she's got lots of wrinkles so the bite on her neck was only skin deep. Thanks for the positive vibes guys.''
Meanwhile, Iggy isn't the only one to have her pet pooch abused by a coyote as Miley Cyrus, 21, was left heartbroken when her Alaskan Klee Kai Floyd was killed by the wild animal in April this year.
Miley, who has a tattoo of Floyd under her arm pit, has since hired a psychic to help her get in contact with her dead pooch as she felt guilty about not being there when her four-legged friend tragically passed away.
Animal medium Melissa Bacelar said previously: ''It was particularly hard as [Miley] wasn't there when Floyd died, so there would have been a huge amount of guilt. I connect with the dog telepathically. Some will give me actual words but, most of the time, I will get images and feelings which I pass on to the owner.''
