Azalea announced the end of her engagement to basketball player Nick Young last month.
It looks like Iggy Azalea is ready to move on after ending her engagement to basketball player Nick Young last month. On Saturday (July 23) Iggy was spotted hanging out with rapper, and ex of Khloe Kardashian, French Montana, sparking rumours that the two could soon be an item.
Iggy Azalea has been spotted out with rapper French Montana.
Iggy and French both attended Jennifer Lopez's All I Have residency show at Caesar's Palace, before heading to Jewel Nightclub where Iggy was scheduled to perform. An onlooker told US Weekly that the pair looked to have “good chemistry.”

To put it simply, she flipped them the middle finger.
Sometimes being the bigger person, rising above it all, not stooping to their level etc. is hard work, and Iggy Azalea has decided to just be honest about what she thinks of her ex Nick Young and his newly emerged pregnant ex-beau Keonna Green. And by that we mean a middle finger.
Iggy Azalea responds to Keonna Green's pregnancy
Yep, a rude gesture was pretty much all Iggy Azalea had to say on the matter as she was quizzed on the subject by paparazzi when she arrived at an airport in Australia. You can't really blame her; she's been incredibly strong in the wake of her split with fiance Nick Young, after she discovered he'd been cheating on her with several girls who he'd been taking back to their home.

Their new single 'In My Blood' goes up against Iggy's 'Team'.
Iggy Azalea is really not having the best time at the moment. She's currently going through a bit of a messy break-up with Nick Young, and now musical duo The Veronicas have lashed out at her for wearing a fur jacket. In fact, we don't even know if it was a fur jacket.
Iggy Azalea attacked on Twitter by The Veronicas
It could be faux fur for all we know; either way, the twins aren't taking it lying down. Lisa Origliasso and Jessica Origliasso, who happen to be very vocal supporters of various animal rights groups, slammed the rapper on Twitter after MTV Australia posted an MTV Battle Tweet with the caption: 'Can Iggy take on the twins?' They coupled the post with a photo of the pair in denim dungarees alongside a shot of Iggy Azalea in a large fur coat.

Azalea announced her separation from the NBA player on Sunday (June 20).
Iggy Azalea has had her fair share of eyes on her since she announced her break-up with fiancé Nick Young two days ago, but not everything you see is quite as it appears. For example, yesterday Nick Young’s car was pictured being towed from the couple’s home, but that doesn't mean Iggy had anything to do with it.
Iggy Azalea says she is moving out of Nick Young’s home.
On Monday photos were published showing Nick's blue 1962 Chevy Impala that Iggy had bought him for Christmas in 2014 being towed from the couple’s house. TMZ had reported that Iggy had the car towed after the break-up was announced.

After announcing their split at the weekend, Iggy has seemingly wasted no time in getting rid of all traces of her ex, also apparently throwing his stuff out of the window.
They are never ever getting back together, it would seem. Just a day after the news broke that Iggy Azalea and her fiancé Nick Young had called off their engagement, it’s become pretty clear who did the dumping, as Iggy had a car that she had bought for him for Christmas towed away from her home.
The Australian rapper gifted Young the 1962 Chevy Impala for Christmas back in 2014, a long time before the recent allegations of cheating that engulfed the NBA star came to light earlier this year.

The couple became engaged in June 2015, after nearly 18 months of dating.
Iggy Azalea has confirmed her relationship with basketball player Nick Young is over, just over a year after they announced their engagement. The couple have had a rocky few months as of late, after Young was accused of cheating on Azalea in March, when a video of him allegedly bragging about his encounters with other women appeared online.

In an Instagram post the rapper wrote: "Unfortunately, although I love Nick and I have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him—It's become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to. I genuinely wish Nick the best.”

Young nearly got the words 'Born Reble' across the top of his back, but for Iggy's late intervention!
Though they’re reportedly the midst of relationship difficulties, Nick Young has his fiancée Iggy Azalea to thank for preventing him from making a different kind of huge mistake – a mis-spelled tattoo!
The 25 year old Australian rapper took to social media to show her devotion to her man by sharing how she stopped him from getting a huge tattoo spelled incorrectly across his back. Writing on Twitter on Wednesday night (April 27th) to her six million followers, she said:
“Guys, I wanna let you know. Nick can’t spell and if it wasn’t for the LOVE I have for him. He would have ‘BORN REBLE’ tatted across his back,” she recounted about the NBA player’s narrow scrape with major embarrassment.

The Aussie rapper told her fans on social media that she and Young are still very much together despite the much-reported 'cheating rumours'.
Iggy Azalea has moved to clear up rumours that she and her fiancé Nick Young have parted ways in the aftermath of his so-called ‘cheating’ scandal, assuring her fans that they’re still together but pleading for “privacy”.
The Australian rap star, 25, took to Twitter on Monday night (April 18th) to clarify the situation amid rumours that they’d finally broken up, weeks after a video emerged that seemed to show Young telling his L.A. Lakers’ team-mates that he’d been unfaithful to Iggy last year.

In the wake of the recent high-profile cheating scandal involving her NBA player fiancé Nick Young, Iggy Azalea has issued an alarming and somewhat graphic warning to her husband-to-be if he’s ever unfaithful to her again.
The 25 year old rapper, who recently released her new single ‘Team’ ahead of her second studio album, was a guest on Miami radio show Wild 94.1’s ‘Orlando & The Freakshow’ last Friday (April 8th). The show’s host explained to her that there were two kinds of ‘basketball wives’ – those who spied on their husband and those who were fine with them sleeping with other women.

The rapper reportedly owes the IRS nearly $400,000.
Iggy Azalea has responded to reports that she’s been hit with a hefty tax linen of nearly $400,000 by the IRS. The bill is reportedly for unpaid taxes from 2014, the year the rapper made it big with her hit ‘Fancy’ and debut album The New Classic.
Iggy Azalea has slammed reports of IRS problems.
Writing on twitter, Azalea called the reports a ‘non story’ and explained that she had chosen to pay her taxes monthly. ‘Peep the way when one thing happens media scrambles to keep adding on to the storyline, like a soap opera. #IggyNovela,’ Azalea tweeted.

The rapper accuses the two stars of appropriating black culture in the new track.
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have just dropped new song ‘White Privilege II’, a follow-up to 2005’s ‘White Privilege’, taken from their upcoming album This Unruly Mess I've Made. Badu used her opening monologue at Sunday night’s awards to tell Azalea, “what you doin' is definitely not rap.”
Erykah Badu was the host for the 2015 Soul Train Awards on Sunday evening and the veteran singer certainly wasn't shy about voicing her opinion on one Iggy Azalea. In her opening monologue, Badu threw some serious shade Azalea’s way, telling the ‘Fancy’ hitmaker, “what you doin' is definitely not rap.”

"As you know, I am the queen of neo soul and people say I have this common effect on rappers: that I make them change gods and wear crochet hats, shoulder pads," Badu began her monologue.

The latest addition of the popular ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ segment sees some of music’s biggest stars read the worst about themselves.
We’re just days away from the Grammy Awards where music’s biggest stars will be honoured on one of the most important nights of their career. But before the stars get to enjoy themselves, why not let Jimmy Kimmel take them down a few pegs and deliver some harsh words for our entertainment? Yes everybody ‘Mean Tweets’ is back!
Katy Perry was among the stars participating in the latest edition of 'mean tweets'.
In the segment’s second musical edition, a host of big name stars suffered by reading some of the least contrastive criticism on the planet. Case in point, poor Ed Sheeran having to read, “Hey look Ed Sheeran is still ugly.”
These two heavyweight popstars get serious with each other on J.Lo's new song, Booty
Australia rapper Iggy Azalea has lent her considerable vocal talent to a number of artist’s records recently - Charlie XCX, Ariana Grande and Rita Ora during 2014 already. But in her latest collaboration with Jennifer Lopez on the latino lovely's song, Booty, Miss Azalea lends more than just her impressive vocals and snappy lyrics.

The issue calls back to the recent leak of female celebrities' nude pictures and the privacy discussions that followed.
There might be a lot of reasons to dislike Iggy Azalea’s media presence, but we’re kinda siding with her on the whole sex tape issue. Privacy is a big deal in Hollywoodland and Iggy Iggs might be about to have hers encroached upon by an alleged sex tape about to be released by porn distributor Vivid Entertainment.
While Vivid might have a recording, Iggy isn't having any of their threats.
According to TMZ, Iggy has already threatened the company with a lawsuit, if they use I-G-G-Y’s name in the title (or anywhere in the video), since the stage name and brand are protected by copyright law.
Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch, who claims to have allegedly seen an x-rated tape of the Australian rapper with an ex-boyfriend, is offering a multi-million dollar deal for the rights to the footage.
Iggy Azalea is the latest celebrity to be accused of making a sex tape after Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch, who was responsible for releasing Kim Kardashian's infamous X-rated tape, claims he has acquired footage of the Australian rapper performing sexual acts with an ex-boyfriend.
Azalea denies ever making a sex tape
"I believe there would be a huge demand for her sex tape," Hirsch said in a press release. "Iggy has proved that she's an amazing talent...We are conducting our due diligence and if we are satisfied with our review, we will definitely try to make a deal to distribute the tape."
Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora come together in the new single 'Black Widow', to bring us a song about a failed relationship that causes the titular black widow personality to come out and avenge said relationship. But is this pairing a match made in heaven, or will it go on to stain these artists' careers?
Australian rapper Iggy Azalea and British singer Rita Ora both adopt different accents (and vocal pitch, in Azalea's case) in their career, so it makes sense that these two 'acts' are combining for what amounts to little more than an imitation performance of soulless hip-hop and pop music. Incidentally, the accompanying music video is an upsettingly awkward rip-off of 'Kill Bill', even down to Michael Madson's unfortunate inclusion.
The hook is sung by Rita Ora and, thankfully, plays out as the most bearable part of the whole track. Her voice introduces real heart into the otherwise desolate wasteland of this single - supposedly where creativity went to die. However, despite her voice, the hook is totally forgettable. Written by Stargate (Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen), Benjamin Levin, Katy Perry, Sarah Hudson and Azalea, the lyrics are repetitious and the beat sounds bleak and empty.

Iggy Azalea is the latest artist to suffer a mishap at a VMA-related performance
While the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) are clearly prestigious and a desirable addition to any artists’ award collection, it would seem that they are also more than a little hazardous - as Australian rapper Iggy Azalea found out on Friday (22 August) night. The Fancy hit-maker was performing a pre-MTV VMAs concert with Charlie XCX at the Avalon Theatre in Hollywood when she backed right off stage.
Ever the professional, Iggy Azalea didn't let a little stage slip stop her set
Fortunately, she appeared unharmed and, with the help of a security guard, she was put right back on top where she carried on with her set undeterred. Ariana and Iggy are the first to reach the record, since Adele in 2012.
Everything is coming up Ariana Grande these days, including a record that hasn’t been topped since 2012. Ariana currently has three songs in the Billboard Top 10 - Break Free at No.4, Problem at No.7 and Jessie J and Nicki Minaj collaboration Bang Bang at No.10 (Ariana is credited as a lead artist on that, so it still counts).
Is Ariana Grande on the fast track to lasting success?
The previous record holder was Adele, with three of her songs in the Top Ten of the Billboard Hot 100 back in 2012. The songs in question were Set Fire To The Rain at No. 2, Rolling In The Deep, which landed at No. 5 and Someone Like You at No. 7 – the trifecta of songs, which make up every great breakup playlist.

Well, it's not the most original of video concepts, but Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora make the most of it.
Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora have just released their video for Black Widow and it’s basically the weirdest thing you’ll watch this week – music video category. Iggy and Rita play a couple of cleavage-rocking fantasy assassins, who are apparently on a mission to kill Rita’s boyfriend and Iggy’s annoying customer at her diner job – that’s the same person, by the way.
If there's one thing Iggy knows how to do, it's rock a skin-tight outfit, like the one in the video.

Which singers have tried their hand at acting recently?
It seems if you can sing, you should be able to act with a whole host of super singers putting down their microphones and picking up a script instead. Justin Timberlake has made one of the most impressive transferences from stage to screen with exciting supporting roles in hits including The Social Network and the Coen brothers' Inside Llewyn Davis and taking the lead role opposite Mila Kunis in Friends With Benefits.
Beyoncé successfully combined both singing and acting in the musical drama, Dreamgirls, and also tried her hand at pure acting in everyone's favourite detective film, The Pink Panther and in American thriller, Obsessed.
Of course, there are some popstars that are unlikely to ever find themselves in Oscar contention, such as Justin Bieber following his role in two episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation back in 2010, and Joss Stone's slightly more substantial TV role as Anne of Cleves in The Tudors. But which serious fan of The Spice Girls didn't love their whirlwind musical comedy Spice World? And who didn't enjoy Britney Spears' turn in the girls on tour comedy Crossroads?

It might sound crazy what I'm about to say...but Weird Al has just scored his first number one on the Billboard 200 with his new album "Mandatory Fun."
The album was released only one week ago and sold 103,000 copies to secure the top spot. 'Mandatory Fun' is Weird Al Yankovic's fourteenth studio album, so he will surely be happy his efforts have finally paid off. It is also the first comedy album to reach the top spot since Allan Sherman's 1963 release 'My Son, The Nut'. Previously the closest Al had come was a Number 2 with 1996 single 'Amish Paradise'.

The pair were wearing very little for their surprise duet; Iggy showing off most of her bod in a black Chromat bralet with black underwear and mesh shorts, while Rita had unzipped her heavy print cropped jacket to reveal a simple black bra underneath (though she did at least cover up with a skirt on the bottom half).

Former Nickelodeon actress Ariana Grande has landed her very first number one alongside Iggy Azalea with her collaborative new tune 'Problem'. And not only that, she's even made history by becoming the first chart topper to also succeed in having the most streams in accordance to the reformed Official Singles Chart. It presents high hopes for her forthcoming second album 'My Everything' due out later this summer - but goodness knows why.
'Problem' opens with a quirky, celebratory trumpet and Iggy Azalea outlining her hip hop influence with her brief introduction. Ariana then breaks in with an impressively bland, generic pop verse, frequenting such unusually sung lines as 'baby' and 'I want you'. You have to hand it to her, her voice does reach some unbelievable heights throughout, but in a song so void of feeling and originality, it seems so wasted.
As the chorus approaches, you've got the attempt at sexiness with the whispered 'I got one less problem without ya' which just feels painfully cheesy. Iggy's entrance hardly feels like an improvement either, with her highly predictable spin on Jay-Z's '99 Problems': 'I got 99 problems but you won't be one' - seriously?! It's true Iggy can spit with epic speed, but she's hardly going to change hip hop.

Iggy Azalea is gracing August's cover of Cosmopolitan Australian but her perfect hour glass figure appears to have been slimmed down slightly. Is this a case of photoshopping? Cosmopolitan have denied it but who's to know?
Australian singer Iggy Azalea has been the focus of a photoshopping scandal after she appeared on the cover of Cosmopolitan Australia. The star certainly didn't need slimming down and boasts a pair of toned, well muscled legs which certainly seem slimmer in her recent shoot with the magazine.
Has Iggy Azalea been slimmed down for the cover of Cosmo?
Wearing a pastel coloured playsuit in blues, pink, white and gold the 24-year-old singer posed with her hands on her hips. The singer was accessorised with a pair of large gold earrings, gold bracelets and a number of gold rings. Azalea wore her air in a high pony tail for the shoot. Glastooo!: You'd have had to have been living under 17 rocks on the other side of the world to avoid the constant Glastonbury Festival coverage. Did Nicki make a snide remark about Iggy not writing her own songs?
Nicki Minaj and her relationship with fellow rapper Iggy Azalea are the subject of speculation today after it emerged that Nicki made some offhand, and rather pointed remarks at last night's BET Awards. The 'Superbass' singer picked up the Best Female Hip Hop award at the event but seemed to detonate a pretty heavy diss during her acceptance speech.
The self-aggrandising rap singer wanted to set a few things straight during her speech and sai "What I want the world to know about Nicki Minaj is, that when you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it." Immediately, the room took Nicki's words as venom against Iggy Azalea, who is rumoured to use ghost writers.
As everyone laughed and looked shocked, Nicki immediately tried to retract what she said, "No, no, no shade. No, no, no shade." However, like it or not, the diss had been made.

Weird Al Yankovic is releasing a new album on July 15. What do we know about it so far, and which songs should it parody?
‘Weird Al’ Yankovic is back at it again, but it might just be for the last time in a long time. The master of pop parodies spent the past couple of days hyping up an announcement, and finally let the news out with a tweet him dressed in a Russian-style military outfit with text that says “July 15.” So, a new album is coming – his first since his 2011 release, Alpocalypse - but what in the world does the uniform have to do with anything? He’s ‘Weird Al’ for a reason though, so it won’t be long until everything (kind of) starts to make sense.
'Weird Al' will release his new album on July 15
As for his final album, it’s something that’s only been speculated, but the upcoming record is going to be the last of his current record contract. Yankovic addressed the rumors in a blog post last year, stating, “if you were led to believe that I’m planning on retiring anytime soon, I’m not (sorry, haters). I truly love what I do, and if I ever stop working, it won’t be of my own free will.” It doesn’t seem like he’s planning to call it quits anytime soon, but why should he anyway? On July 15, the album released will be his fifteenth of his career, so there’s really no point to stop now, right? Especially since there’s so many new songs to make fun of all the time!

So what makes this different from Trending Topics exactly?
In its latest bid to track current musical trends more accurately (and purely to stay relevant, if we’re being honest), Billboard has introduced two new musical charts, fueled entirely by social media buzz. The first one, cleverly titled Trending 140, ranks how heavily songs are shared on Twitter in the U.S., tracking acceleration over the past hour. The Emerging Artists chart is a weekly chart of the most-shared songs by “up-and-coming artists.”
Social media queen Iggy Azalea predictably topped the Trending 140 chart's first edition.
Billboard president John Amato explains that the two new charts represent the culmination of a long-standing effort to incorporate real time data into the charts.

Iggy Azalea, Charlie XCX and Ariana Grande were the emerging stars of last night's Billboard awards.
When future civilizations look back on 21st century pop culture - which they will, if Doctor Who has taught us anything – Iggy Azalea’s performamce at the Billboard Awards on Sunday will be regarded as a career defining move. It was the night Iggy officially went mainstream (in the “very popular and widely recongized” sense, not the way hipsters mean it). In keeping with the Clueless/high school theme she’s been rocking since Fancy came out, the Aussie rapper took the stage in a cheerleader outfit, along with a whole squad of actual cheerleaders and guest vocalist Charlie XCX. The sass was real.
Even the debuting albums from Future and Iggy Azalea couldn't dethrone the soundtrack to Disney's hugely successful animation movie.
Disney's 'Frozen' just keeps breaking records as well as its competition at the cinema, and on the Billboard 200 album charts as the animated movie's soundtrack finds itself topping the charts once again.
The studio album to the beloved fairytale flick has reached No.1 on the Billboard 200 album charts for a 12th time after another strong week in sales.

The 23 year-old recording artist will not crowd surf at any of her shows due to fans attempting to stick their fingers in inappropriate places.
Iggy Azalea is one of hip-hop's most beautiful female stars, and of course with that comes a lot extra attention.
But all it takes some idiotic fans to ruin a good time for everyone else.
The Australian recording artist recently appeared on New York City's radio station Hot 97 and revealed that crowd surfing is something she will never do again due to audience members attempting to sexually assault her.

Get to know Iggy Azalea, who has just dropped her debut, The New Classic
Rapper Iggy Azalea has making waves in the music business for what seems like ages now, actually it’s only just under two years since she released her Glory EP. Now Iggy's finally unleashed her debut album the modestly entitled The New Classic and she's looking to break into the mainstream once and for all. Surely there’s got to be a market for a blonde Australian female rapper?
Are you ready for The New Classic from Iggy Azalea?
Born Amethyst Amelia Kelly in Sydney Australia, the single ‘Work’, which features on The New Classic, probably gives the best account of Iggy’s journey to America to find fame as a rapper. But to summarise, growing up in New South Wales, where her family relocated after her birth, Iggy felt like an outsider in her small town thanks to her love of hip hop and rap music. At sixteen, the aspiring MC decided to make the move to America to pursue her dream, arriving in Miami by herself after telling her parents she was going on holiday.

Just like Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX, we all still want to be in Clueless.
Rapper Iggy Azalea has done a pretty amazing job at recreating the movie ‘Clueless’ for her new video ‘Fancy’ featuring Charli XCX. Iggy has pretty much included all the film's most important scenes in her homage and its sent us straight back to the nineties, wanting to be Alicia Silverstone all over again. So what is it about a film that's nearly twenty years old which keeps us coming back?

After months of hard work, Selena was ready to show 'Stars Dance' to the world.
Singer Selena Gomez showed the world just how far away she'd travelled from being a Disney Channel princess by performing the inaugural concert of her 'Stars Dance' tour in Vancouver, Canada. However, the 21 year-old had revealed how nervous she was to be taking to the stage in front of thousands of fans and remember her lyrics as well as those complicated dance moves.
Selena Entertained Her Canadian Fans.
Speaking to MTV in the run up to the show, Gomez said "once the first two songs are out of my system, I feel a little bit better, and then I'm able to let loose." That's exactly what Selena did, coming out on stage to tonnes of screaming fans to perform a track from each of her albums, Bang Bang Bang and Round & Round. During the show, she played plenty of her own songs, such as the fan-favourite 'Love You Like A Love Song,' but also covered tracks from Rihanna, Iggy Azalea and Lorde.

Rudimental at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend
BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend was just that - a BIG weekend! With a huge range of hit artists, the radio station left no genre uncovered over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend (May 24th - 26th 2013).
Day 1 saw performances from Dizzee Rascal as he promotes his upcoming fifth album due out later in the year; Rudimental, whose debut album 'Home' has had some remarkable reviews and a number one spot on the UK album chart; Rita Ora who is also working on a new album; and her platinum selling boyfriend Calvin Harris. Saturday brought in an equally impressive line-up with Ellie Goulding who is in the UK before she embarks on a lengthy US tour later in the summer; The Saturdays minus Rochelle Humes who is still recovering from the birth of her first baby Alaia-Mai; and Iggy Azalea whose debut album release is imminent. As for day 3, it certainly wasn't a day of rest as hitting the stage in Derry, Northern Ireland were alt-rock threesome Paramore, BRIT award nominated Jessie Ware and Grammy winning Bruno Mars who's set to kick off a major world tour in the summer spanning through 'til March 2014.
