Heavy rock icons Ian Gillan and Tony Iommi have reteamed on record for the first time since Black Sabbath's 1983 album Born Again to raise funds for an Armenian music school.
The two pals have formed supergroup WhoCares and they have recorded a two-song digital single to benefit the music school of Gyumari - an area which never recovered from a massive 1988 earthquake.
The first track, Out Of My Mind, also features Deep Purple keyboard player Jon Lord, Iron Maiden drummer Nicko MCBrain, bassist Jason Newsted and HIM guitarist Mikko Lindstrom, while the second tune, Holy Water, features guitarists Steve Morris and Michael Lee Jackson and drummer Randy Clarke.
The two songs will be also be released with a 30-minute documentary chronicling Gillan and Iommi's efforts to aid Armenians over the years.
