DAME Helen Mirren is considering turning her back on TV and movie roles because she doubts she'll ever top her success in 2006. The 61-year-old won Best Actress for her performance as British monarch Queen Elizabeth II in THE QUEEN at the Venice Film Festival in Italy earlier this month (SEP06). And, combined with her success in TV shows ELIZABETH and PRIME SUSPECT, Mirren is eyeing a permanent move to the theatre. She says, "Maybe all I will do for the rest of my career is stage. We'll see. I feel that it can never be as good again as this year (06). "Elizabeth was the pinnacle of everything for me. And then doing The Queen and then Prime Suspect in one year. It's been an absolutely amazing year."
