A legal battle over a video, in which Heath Ledger reportedly using cocaine, has been settled.
The footage purportedly showed Ledger among a group of people snorting the drug at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel in 2006. Leaked segments of the tape appeared to provide no evidence Ledger actually took the drug.
It was sold by photo agency Splash to TV show Entertainment Tonight following Ledger's death from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs in January 2008.
But the footage never aired.
The lawsuit was filed by a woman, known only as Jane Doe, whose hotel room the footage was shot in. She argued she didn't take drugs and didn't give her consent for the video to be filmed by her then-boyfriend, a paparazzo.
The details of the agreement between Doe and the agency are confidential.
