Halsey will ''absolutely not'' work with Iggy Azalea on her next record.

The 22-year-old singer - real name Ashley Frangipane - recently released her second studio album 'Hopeless Fountain Kingdom', but is already looking for people she could team up with when she begins work on her third venture.

One person who definitely won't be making an appearance in Halsey's work is 27-year-old rapper Iggy Azalea, as the 'Colours' hitmaker has branded her a ''f***ing moron'' for ''disregarding black culture.''

Halsey Felt 'burnt Out' After Creating New Americana

Halsey felt ''burnt out'' after creating 'New Americana'.

The 22-year-old singer - whose full name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane - has admitted she was left tired and totally drained after the release of the 2015 single, which is her ''first ever'' track, because she had to keep ''revisiting'' the song ''soooo frequently''.

When the star was praised for the song, which was part of a Q&A on her Twitter account, the blonde haired beauty replied: ''Haha okaaaay. I guess I just got burnt out on it. It was my first ever single and I wasn't used to revisiting a song soooo frequently (sic).''

The Chainsmokers want their music to ''connect with people on a real level.''

The electronic duo - made up of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart - are gearing up to release their debut studio album 'Memories: Do Not Open' next month, and have said their goal for their music career is to ''do good'', and make music that means something to people.

Sharing a story about a time when their hit single 'Closer' - which features Halsey - created a special moment for one family, Alex said: ''I think it's important that we use our platform to do good and our music to connect with people on a real level.

Halsey would ''love'' to collaborate with Alanis Morisette.

The 22-year-old singer has revealed if she was to duet with any artist in the future, or to simply sit down and write a new track with someone, it would be the 'Ironic' hitmaker because she has boosted her confidence as a budding artist.

Speaking to Billboard magazine about her dream partnership, the 'Closer' musician said: ''Even if it was just writing together, I'd love to work with Alanis Morissette. She has been a huge part of me having the confidence to be the kind of artist I am.''

Artists including Lady GaGa, Iggy Azalea and Ariana Grande, are uniting in support for Kesha after the latest setback in her ongoing legal battle with producer Dr. Luke. On Friday Kesha was was denied her request for a preliminary injunction that would allow her to release music without producer Dr Luke, who she has previously accused of sexual assault and emotional abuse.

KeshaCelebrities have been offering support for Kesha following her latest legal setback.

Kesha first filled suit against Dr Luke in 2014, claiming the producer had sexually assaulted her and accusing him of sexual harassment, gender violence, civil harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Kesha also claimed that on occasions Dr Luke had ‘drugged’ her.

Halsey Reveals Namesake Assured Her She 'Wasn't A Complete Weirdo'

It's been a whirlwind of a year for Halsey, who released her debut album 'Badlands' in the summer and entered the US charts for the first time with single 'New Americana'. We're hoping to see a lot more of her as we break into 2016, and with a full tour still underway until March, we're sure we won't be disappointed.

So, what do we know about this tattooed electro-pop starlet? First of all, 'Halsey' is an anagram of her real name Ashley; that's clever enough, but there's also a deeper significance. 'It's also a street in Brooklyn where I spent a lot of time growing up', she explains, recalling catching the train from her hometown in New Jersey. 'Halsey Street is where a friend of mine lived and that's where I cultivated my character throughout my adolescence. It was a life that assured me that I wasn't a complete weirdo. And that's where I decided I wanted to be a musician.'
