Halle Berry is attempting to put the now-infamous Thanksgiving Day (22Nov12) brawl between her fiance Olivier Martinez and former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry firmly behind her by selling off the Hollywood home where the fight took place.
The bust-up between the two men, regarding Berry's bitter custody battle with her ex over their four-year-old daughter Nahla, resulted in both being hospitalised - and now it has emerged the actress is keen to move away from the property where the drama occurred.
According to Tmz.com, the Oscar winner gave broker Billy Rose the go-ahead a few weeks ago to contact potential buyers about possibly purchasing the five-bedroom Tuscan-style home, which also boasts a guest house, pool and spa.
She reportedly rejected an $11 million (£6.88 million) offer last week (ends23Nov12), just before the holiday clash, and is hoping to sell up for the listed price of $15 million (£9.38 million).
Berry has been eyeing a move to France with her little girl and her actor fiance in a bid to escape the intrusive paparazzi, but her plans suffered a setback in early November (12), when she failed to win primary custody of Nahla during a tense court showdown with her ex. The judge's decision hampered the actress' plans to relocate.
