The couple celebrate the arrival of a little boy!
Actress Halle Berry and her husband Olivier Martinez have finally welcomed the birth of their first child, a son, last Saturday (5th October), a representative confirmed via Sky News. Berry is said to have given birth at the favorite hospital of celebrities in LA, Cedars-Sinai. Though this is Berry and Martinez's first child together, Halle has a young daughter Nahla from her previous relationship with Canadian model Gabriel Aubry.

French actor Martinez met Halle whilst they were both were filming for 2010 movie, Dark Tide. The movie may have proved forgettable but there was no forgetting each other and after dating they were engaged by 2012. Their marriage, on the 13th July this year, was an extremely secretive affair in a French chateau in the Burgundy area.
Halle has been married twice before - to baseball player David Justice for four years and to R&B singer Eric Bénet for four years, whilst Martinez has previously dated pop star Kylie Minogue.
The Couple Soon Will Have Been Married For Three Months.
Berry has faced a custody battle in the past with her ex-fiancé Aubry, which stemmed from her desire to move her family, including her 5 year-old daughter Nahla, to Martinez's native France in 2010. A court ruled that taking Nahla from the country would be in breach of the Berry and Aubry's joint custody agreement. The issues spiralled until a physical altercation broke out and both Martinez and Aubry were treated in hospital for physical injuries.
Halle Has Kept Herself Healthy Throughout Her Pregnancy.
A protective order was granted which meant that Aubry was not allowed within 100 yards from Berry, Martinez and his daughter Nahla until December last year.
Berry was said to be thrilled to be pregnant again, calling her conception at the age of 47 a "miracle." She has just signed up to new space thriller TV show, Extant, which follows the story of a returned astronaut trying to re-connect with her family on Earth and will be created by the makers of Under The Dome.
