Halle Berry has replaced her long-term lawyer Neal Hersh with Stephen Kolodny to represent her in her latest custody battle with her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry.
Halle Berry has parted ways with her lawyer.
The actress has informed her long-time legal representative Neal Hersh - who helped her through two divorces - that his services are no longer required.
Halle is currently embroiled in a bitter custody dispute with her former partner Gabriel Aubry over their three-year-old Nahla and she thinks Neal is ''too much of a gentleman'' to get her the result she wants, TMZ.com has reported.
The 45-year-old star wants to move to France with Nahla and her lover Olivier Martinez because of concerns about the paparazzi and the child's safety, but her ex is trying to stop her from re-locating because he believes he won't get to see his daughter.
The former couple have been involved in a separate parenting-related court battle recently after claims made by the child's former nanny Alliance Kamden that Gabriel pushed her while she was holding Nahla. However, he was not charged with assault.
The 'Monster's Ball' star has now hired Stephen Kolodny to represent her.
