Gwyneth Paltrow says she misses living in the United States and has spoken about doing the school-run with Beyonce.
GWYNETH PALTROW, the 38-year-old American actress who is now living in the UK with husband Chris Martin, says paparazzi laws in the US allowed her to take her children to school alongside the likes of pop superstar BEYONCE.
Paltrow appears on the cover of this month's Harper's Bazaar UK, and in the supporting interview the actress discussed the differences between living in London and New York, saying, "Beyonce did the school run with me once, and everyone was fine. They also have really good anti-paparazzi rules. I miss America, but I love living in the UK". During the interview Paltrow also spoke about recent criticism of her lifestyle newsletter 'Goop' which she launched back in 2008. The publication has often been labelled 'out of touch' and 'pretentious' but the actress said, "Any time you do anything with any degree of sincerity, people make fun of you. There were a couple of times when I thought 'I'm just gonna stop doing it. People are so mean to me. I don't want to do it. But then I was like, 'Who cares what some lame person out there says?'"
Paltrow received high-praise for her performance as singer-songwriter 'Kelly Canter' in her movie 'Country Strong', which hits cinemas in the UK on 25th March 2011.
