Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow turned celebrity chef on Monday (11Apr11) and served up a feast to stars including Cameron Diaz and rap mogul Jay Z to celebrate the launch of her new cookbook.
The Oscar winner rented a private apartment in New York and took over the kitchen to prepare dinner for 60 guests, who dined on specialities such as duck ragout and roasted red peppers a la Bruce, named after her late father, Bruce Paltrow. All the recipes are featured in Paltrow's first culinary release, My Father's Daughter.
The Shakespeare In Love star's husband, rocker Chris Martin, and her actress mother Blythe Danner were also in attendance, as well as former supermodel Christy Turlington and lifestyle guru Martha Stewart, reports People magazine.
