British TV chef Gordon Ramsay has apologised to Joan Collins, after throwing the veteran actress out of his London restaurant.

Ramsay, known for his trans-Atlantic TV show HELL'S KITCHEN, ejected Collins from his Royal Hospital Road restaurant in 1998, after he spotted her dining with his sworn enemy - food critic Aa Gill.

In his new UK TV show THE F WORD, Ramsay invites Collins to accept his apology on national television.

In tomorrow's (03NOV05) episode, Ramsay says, "I've got something very important to say to you.

"I'd just like to say a big apology because my mum's never forgiven me for asking you to leave. I got the biggest b**locking from my mum, she put the phone down on me.

"You're welcome in all my restaurants any time you like"
