Goldie Hawn's son Oliver Hudson has signed a deal to develop his own sitcom.

Hudson, who appeared in the last season of TV show DAWSON'S CREEK, has secured a talent holding and series development deal with American network WARNER BROS TELEVISION for his own comedy.

The show is expected to hit screens next autumn (04).

JORDAN LEVIN of Warner Bros says, "We've always believed Oliver has the potential to be a breakout star. When we feel that way about an actor, we'll do anything we can to find the right project that will catapult their careers."
