The Olympic Parade closed the London 2012 Olympics with live performances from The Pet Shop Boys, Amy McDonald, Katherine Jenkins and The Noisettes.
The parade saw British athletes who had competed in the Olympic and Paralympic Games transported through London to outside Buckingham Palace, where speeches were given by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, and Prime Minister David Cameron before pop acts took to the stage.
Amy Macdonald was first to perform on the Queen Victoria Memorial, singing her song 'Pride', accompanied by acoustic guitar.

The stars had been due to perform at Gwent's Raglan Festival on 16 and 17 June (12), but organisers have been forced to cancel the gig after only 200 tickets were sold.
The festival's treasurer Shirley Hughes says, "We just couldn't understand it, we can only put it down to the economic recession. We want a festival for 2013 and this would have wiped us out for next year.
"Local people have supported it very well but we had expected great numbers and Tony Hadley fans. It was a very hard decision for all of us to make..."

The ANGELS singer has flirted with homosexuality in the past but insists he only has eyes for women, despite constant speculation to the contrary.
Williams loves visiting London's top gay nightspots with the Go West hitmakers, because the gay community is totally accepting of him.
He says, "We go to Heaven nightclub and I f**kin' love it - it's great. They enjoy seeing it through my eyes, I think, and I enjoy being with them and being accepted."
The Pet Shop Boys wowed 15,000 Russian fans at Moscow's Live 8 show on Saturday (02JUL05) so much they became the only act to return for an encore.
The fans refused to leave Red Square after the British duo finished their set with Go West, which echoes the Russian national anthem.
So the group returned to the stage for an unexpected encore.
