American lawyer Gloria Allred has failed to convince a Los Angeles court to take Michael Jackson's three children from his custody.

Allred launched the suit shortly after the THRILLER singer was arrested on multiple counts of child molestation last year (03), fearing that Prince MICHAEL I, seven, PARIS, five and ten month old PRINCE MICHAEL II, could be in danger.

But the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services have now officially notified Allred they will not be taking the children away from the 45-year-old superstar.

However, Allred is determined to continue her bid by filing an application with the Los Angeles County Juvenile Court yesterday (17MAR04) to request the children are placed under the court's jurisdiction and taken from Jackson.

The BAD star insists he is innocent of the charges levelled against him by teenager GAVIN ARVIZO.
