Country legend Glen Campbell often questions his Alzheimer's disease diagnosis because he still feels "sharper than a tack".
The Rhinestone Cowboy hitmaker stunned fans in June (11) by announcing he is suffering from the degenerative neurological disorder.
The 75 year old has been taking medication to counteract the condition, and believes his mind is as alert as ever.
He tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "I ain't felt anything different about any of it. I feel now the way I have my whole life. Those doctors... I'm still sharper than a tack...
"I feel wonderful. I feel more like I do now than I did before. I don't have a care in the world."
