'Glee' actress Jane Lynch is to host a TV special for US network FOX this Christmas, which will showcase hilarious festive scenes from a number of iconic shows.
The 50-year-old actress - who plays determined High School cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester on the FOX musical sitcom - will present 'TV's Funniest Holiday Moments: A Paley Center for Media Special', which will showcase hilarious scenes from a number of iconic shows.
As well as taking a look at some of TV's funniest Christmas moments from shows such as 'Friends' and 'The Big Bang Theory', the one-off programme will also show clips from classics 'I Love Lucy' and 'Cheers'.
However, Jane recently revealed she thinks 'Glee' is better than everything else on TV, and "head and shoulders" above its competition.
She said: "It gets better and better. I was watching TV the other night and I think it's just head and shoulders above - I don't know, maybe I'm overselling this - but above anything on TV.
"I'll say this very softly, I don't want to sound like I'm bragging. But it's really good. And these kids are amazing. I sashay in and I sashay out basically, but they're recording and rehearsing and dancing and then shooting; they're up at five in the morning and working until 10 at night."
