Brazilian beauty Gisele Bundchen is the world's highest-paid model for the eighth consecutive year.

The 34 year old earned an estimated $47 million (£28 million) in the past year, according to editors at Forbes magazine.

Bundchen, wife of American footballer Tom Brady, made $5 million (£3 million) more than she did when she topped the list in 2013, thanks to her major campaigns for fashion brands including H&M, Stuart Weitzman, Balenciaga and Sonia Rykiel.

Victoria's Secret angels Doutzen Kroes and Adriana Lima tie for a distant second, with earnings of $8 million (£4.8 million).

Veteran model Kate Moss comes in at four with $7 million (£4.2 million), tying with Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton, who is a newcomer to the list.

Other new faces include Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss and Jourdan Dunn.
