Georgia May Jagger is embarrassed by her mother Jerry Hall's risque style and admits she wishes the supermodel would sometimes tone down her look.
The 20-year-old model has denied claims she banned her mum - who was married to Rolling Stones singer Sir Mick Jagger for nine years - from wearing mini-skirts, but says she used to wish her taste in clothes was less flamboyant when she was growing up.
Georgia insisted: ''That's what she said to people, but I never really said that. I just said, mum, I don't really think you should wear that tonight. It was really short! I did used to get embarrassed when I was younger and she'd dress up glamorously at the school gates, I was like, 'Why can't you wear a tracksuit and blend in a bit!' ''
The face of Rimmel cosmetics admitted her biggest pet peeve is when people think she doesn't work hard and has only achieved success in the modelling industry because of her famous parents' connections.
She fumed: ''People judge me - it's common for them to think I only model because of my parents, which is annoying. I do actually work. And I work because people hire me. It's important to me to not be dependent on my parents.''
