A cartoon poking fun at US President George W Bush is to appear on American TV in the new year (07). The six-episode series, which will be screened on US channel Comedy Central, portrays Bush and his aides as children. LIL' BUSH: RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES sees Bush in a number of kid-inspired scenarios - one episode features the leader getting upset over falafel on a cafeteria menu. The cartoon began life as a series of five-minute clips commissioned by US mobile phone service Amp'd. The full-length episodes have been penned by The Simpsons writer DONICK CARY.
