George Clooney is known for been a triple threat talent in the movie business, but he is quickly becoming notorious for another intriguing quality.

The 52 year-old actor, director and producer is garnering a reputation for becoming Hollywood's greatest prankster and he already has his next victims in sight.

Clooney is out to get this year's Golden Globes hosts, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, after they took a swipe at the 'Monuments Men' actor for dating younger women.

The two comediennes describes the plot of the film 'Gravity, which Clooney co-stars with Sandra Bullock, as "the story of how George Clooney would rather float away into space and die than spend one more minute with a woman his own age."

However, George has already attempted to trick Fey and Poehler but it came to no avail.

Clooney, pretending to be his good friend Matt Damon, wrote each actress a fake angry letter, but they instantly realized what was going on.

"I got these giant fruit baskets in the mail from Tina Fey and Amy Poehler," Damon told Entertainment Weekly Radio on Sirius XM.

"George made up stationary with my name on it, and sent a really wounded letter to Tina and Amy saying my feelings were really hurt, how could they do this, etc. So they sent two fruit baskets. One had a letter with an apology. Another said 'If this is part of some Clooney prank, please know that we're grown-ass comedians, and you have to do a little better to fool us.'"

But it looks like Clooney isn't giving up there, in the same interview the 'Oceans Eleven' actor revealed, "[They] said step it up. That's the appetizer and what's coming now, the main course, is pretty brutal."

Although, this one is thought to be so bad that Clooney is having second thoughts about even going through with it.

"This one is one that I have it in my hotel room set, taking pictures and stuff, I'm sitting there like, 'If I do this, this is downright dirty,'" he said, adding, "I have to think if I'm actually going to do it or not."
